Shipping

All orders are shipped across the UAE within 2–5 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your parcel is on its way.

If I’m away or need more time to prepare your order, I’ll let you know directly via email with an updated delivery timeframe.

Handmade Variations

Nothing here is mass-produced. Each item is unique, with natural variations in tone, form, or surface. This is the spirit of wabi-sabi — embracing irregularity and the beauty of imperfection.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please email me at jinjiceramics@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the item and the packaging.

I’ll do my best to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email me within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the delicate and handmade nature of each piece, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged in transit.
